Where do our lakeballs come from?

We collaborate with golf courses and have our own certified diver . He safely and responsibly retrieves lost balls from water hazards on golf courses with which we have agreements. This way, we know exactly where our inventory comes from and ensure consistent quality.

From water to shopping cart: our process

  1. Collection & pre-selection: balls are received per lane and are roughly separated for visible damage.
  2. Industrial cleaning: a top-of-the-line cleaning machine removes dirt, grime and discolouration.
  3. Manual quality control: our employees check each ball for cover, seam, and roundness; structural damage is removed.
  4. Sorting by quality: we sort by grades such as AAA (very neat) and AA (cosmetic traces, technically OK).
  5. Packaging & Stock: By brand, mix, or bundle (e.g., 25/50/75/100/200 pieces) so the golf balls are immediately ready for fast delivery.
