Refund policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return a product. That is why we are happy to explain below how returns and refunds work at Lakeball Direct.
Register a return within 30 days of receipt
You can register a product for return with us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we can unfortunately no longer accept returns.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all associated accessories and (where reasonable) the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense
The costs of returning your order are at your own expense. We advise you to send your parcel with a track & trace code, so that you can follow the shipment and be sure that the parcel has arrived with us.
Refund within 7 days of receipt & inspection
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days via the same payment method you used to pay for the order. After that, it may take a few more working days before the amount is visible in your account.
Register a return by e-mail
Register your return by sending an e-mail to info@lakeballdirect.nl.
State in your e-mail:
- Your order number
- Which product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but it does help us)
After you register, we will send you a return form and the instructions for returning the product.
